The Federalist Society is a national network of legal scholars, lawyers, and public interest lawyers who share a commitment to individual rights, limited government, and free markets in the tradition of the Founders. The Federalist Society sponsors symposia and conferences, and has a large network of student organizations organized at many law schools. While the Federalist Society is not itself a public interest law firm, a substantial number of its members do engage in public interest law work.
