The National Alliance for Public Charter Schools (NAPCS) is a national nonprofit organization committed to advancing the charter school movement. Our ultimate goal is to increase the number of high-performing charter schools available to all families, particularly low-income and minority families who currently do not have access to quality public schools.
The Research Analyst position will support a research and data collection program that helps NAPCS obtain comprehensive and timely information on public charter schools across the country; analyze data for internal and external research projects; respond to internal and external data requests; and help to translate findings into organizational learning and policy recommendations.
Required: minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with preference for advanced training in statistics, data management, computer programming or related field; familiarity with the public education system and charter schools; experience with analysis programs and/or database applications (i.e., Access, Excel, STATA).
Interested candidates should email a resume and cover letter, outlining how your skills and experience meet the qualifications of the position to HR@publiccharters.org.
