The Charles Koch Institute
seeks an experienced office manager to oversee all administrative operations of
the organization, including but not limited to the tasks listed below to more
effectively advance the Institute’s educational mission as a school. The office
manager should be an effective multi-tasker who can balance various requests
while maintaining a focus on customer service and value creation.



Duties and

•Identify and manage
vendor relationships for all office needs

•Help manage and develop
support staff team members

•Identify and implement
process improvements

•Serve as a liaison
between the property managers and our office

•Organize office events
and meetings

•Manage and audit purchase
cards process

•Serve as backup support
for the Institute’s directors



•Strong communication
skills and customer service focus

•Ability to quickly adapt
to new requirements and implement change as needed

•Prior experience managing
administrative teams

•Exposure to Accounting/Finance

•Familiarity with various
types of equipment including copiers, conference phones, scanners, etc.
•Extremely strong organizational skills

•3 to 5+ years’ experience
in office management

•BA or BS in related field

•Proficiency in Excel is

•Familiarity with
Microsoft Excel and Accounting Edge is preferred

•Entrepreneurial spirit,
humility, high sense of urgency, and a passion for liberty

•Willingness to learn and
daily apply Market Based Management principles
