Administration Manager
The Administration Manager will be responsible for front desk reception, management and maintenance of donor tracking software, bookkeeping, interior and exterior building maintenance, phone systems, information systems, maintaining inventory lists, ordering supplies, maintaining a procedures manual, supervising the designated intern program and general office management. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and Administration.
Minimum Requirements
- An associate’s degree two to five years of related work experience, more experienced candidates may also apply;
- Be familiar with the Microsoft Office software suite, QuickBooks;
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment and
- Share a personal philosophy compatible with the Institute’s mission
