Responsibilities include scheduling and general administrative work for the Executive Director and Chairman, maintain Board of Director relations, and oversee general office operations.


Additionally, prospective employees must be highly organized, professional and capable of juggling multiple tasks successfully. Responsibilities include book all travel for the Chairman and Executive Director, coordinate with other departments and external offices to fulfill scheduling requests, prepare briefing materials prior to meetings, coordinate logistics for full board meetings and committee meetings throughout the year, and manage human resources tasks, such as payroll, employee insurance programs, and other employee benefits.
