Online Journalism Workshop

Dates: Tuesday, June 11 and Wednesday, June 12
Time: 6:30pm to 9:30pm each night (dinner included)
Location: Leadership Institute in Arlington, VA
Registration: $35 – Register now.

At this two-evening workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Decide what type of reporter you want to be — and how to market yourself
  • Dissect a news story to write an article worth reading
  • Incorporate video to add value to the story and your career
  • And much more

A panel of reporters will talk about their careers and answer your questions – Eric Boehm, managing editor at Pennsylvania Independent and Watchdog.org journalist at the Franklin Center; and Patrick Howley an investigative reporter at The Daily Caller. Richard Miniter, an investigative reporter and best-selling author, will guest lecture on the second night of training. Register for the Online Journalism Workshop now.
