The AGEP Public Policy Conference on Privacy, Regulation and Antitrust will feature distinguished scholars on four topics:
  • Overview of Privacy Regulation in the United States
  • Privacy Regulation: Costs and Benefits
  • Competition Policy and Privacy
  • European Union Perspectives on Privacy

The conference will conclude with roundtable discussions on how applications of the presentations may be applied to the activities of state attorneys general.
