Atlas Network will host Casey Lartigue on Tuesday, April 1 to discuss his work promoting liberty on the Korean peninsula. Casey, a Senior Fellow with the Atlas Network, is based in South Korea. He will be led in conversation by Atlas Network’s Executive Vice President of International Programs Dr. Tom G. Palmer. Lartigue will discuss practical ways to enhance civil society in both North and South Korea, explore ways to develop projects that encourage reform in the direction of freedom in North Korea, and also encourage friends of liberty to get involved with spreading freedom in both North and South Korea.
