By Invitation Only is a reception on the opening evening of the Conservative Political Action Conference. Special guests include The Honorable Kevin Cramer, Member of Congress from the State of North Dakota, and The Honorable Steve Stockman, Member of Congress from the State of Texas. All proceeds of By Invitation Only fund scholarships for college students otherwise unable to afford the cost of attending CPAC.
