The Heartland Institute is hosting 2013 Emerging Issues Forum on Thursday, August 15 in Atlanta, Georgia. This year’s event piggybacks on an annual meeting of the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL), also taking place in Atlanta.

The Emerging Issues Forum is a day-long policy forum where you can hear from the leading free-market experts as we explore solutions to the top public policy issues facing states. At this premier policy event we will explore emerging issues in state public policy in the areas of energy, the economy, education, health care, and more.

We expect more than 100 state elected officials, policy experts, and friends to attend, making it a great networking event as well.

Admission to the event is free for elected officials and staff. The Heartland Institute also offers a limited number of travel scholarships for members of its Legislative Forum. To reserve your place at this event click here or by contacting Robin Knox at rknox@heartland.org or by calling 312/377-4000 to find out more information.

Tickets for others to attend are only $100. If you are interested in sponsorship opportunities please contact Gwendalyn Carver atGCarver@heartland.org or by calling 312/377-4000.

This event is not affiliated with NCSL.
