The Center for the Study of Law and Society at U.C. Berkeley operates a Visiting Scholars Program. The Center fosters empirical research and theoretical analysis concerning legal institutions, legal processes, legal change, and the social consequences of law. Applications are welcome from scholars engaged in all aspects of the study of social ordering/social change and law and varying time periods from one month to a full academic year are accepted.
