Vaughn Bryan Baltzly

Vaughn Baltzly is a graduate student at the University of Maryland-College Park, where he's earning a PhD in philosophy and a Master's degree in public policy.  Within philosophy, his research focuses on moral and political philosophy; he's currently writing a dissertation on the topic of 'liberal neutrality.'  Within public policy, his focus is on international development.  Before coming to Maryland, he studied at Hillsdale College in Michigan (B.A. in philosophy and English, 1999) and Virginia Tech (M.A. in philosophy, 1999).
