Jerry Brito

Jerry Brito is a legal fellow with the Regulatory Studies Program at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. His research interests include telecommunications regulation, intellectual property, and cyberlaw generally. Brito is also the editor of the online magazine Brainwash and a contributor to the Tech Liberation Front. He lives in Washington, D.C. Brito received a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law and a B.A. in political science from Florida International University in Miami. He was managing editor of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal.
